Growing Our Footprint in 2020

We have stepped into the beginning of 2020. But we would be remiss to not take a few moments to look back on many of the milestones we achieved throughout a successful and busy 2019.

Our team has connected with many different groups locally and nationally.  We have forged partnerships with service providers and third-party offerings that will augment our ability to connect with merchants and offer a wider scope of services.

We continue to learn and be more selective with those we partner with.  We want nothing but the best for our customers.  As your brand grows and your name recognition with it, more entities come out of the woodwork and offer partnerships.  PolyPay always takes all of these into careful consideration in order to align ourselves with those who have the same goals and ethics we possess.

Throughout this year we have received the highest compliment of all: referrals from happy customers.  This continues to be one of the ways we receive a large portion of our new customers.

Our Referral Program continues to expand nationally. We provide extensive support to those who participate, through education, training and by taking good care of all customers referred our way.  We stand out from other Referral Programs because we provide ongoing residuals to participants and not just a one-time payment.

As we look forward to 2020 and beyond with goals and timelines set, we cannot help but look back at some exciting numbers that describe our growth and expansion into new territories and business lines. 

2019 AT A GLANCE:

  • Over 20 wineries as customers

  • 37 percent increase in customer base

  • Customers in over 15 different business verticals

  • Customers in over 50 cities

  • National expansion to over 15 states

  • Growth in the Hospitality Industry to include luxury hotels and event planning services

  • Over 90 percent of our customer base is PCI compliant
